Coca-Cola has developed a platform to listen and answer to consumer questions. The company wanted to review the platform in order to design the best experience for the user and the brand. The solution was designing this platform as a channel of connection with the brand that offers users a space for interaction, not just a repository of answers. One of the goals was the defense of the brand, but also the creation of tools for Coke lovers.
